What data we process

Data you provide when filling in the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), company and the message you write.

Technical browsing data (such as your IP address and browser details) processed by our hosting provider and font provider to serve the site.

Purpose

To respond to your request and, where applicable, prepare a quote or schedule a consultation.

To keep the website operational, secure and free of abuse.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send us the form; pre-contractual steps taken at your request; and our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site.

Recipients and third parties

Web3Forms: processes the form submission and delivers it to us by email.

Google Fonts: delivers the website fonts and may process your IP address. It does not set cookies.

Hosting: Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (Genève), Suiza.

Calendly: only if you choose to book a consultation; you are taken to their platform, subject to their own privacy policy.

International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland or the EU. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards required by law apply.

Retention

We keep form data for as long as needed to handle your request and meet our legal obligations; afterwards it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise them, write to info@gnsadvisory.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (in Switzerland, the FDPIC; or the authority in your country of residence).

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access or use.
